Local Errands (including Physician visits)

The absence of a support systems or local family member(s) can at times interrupt the facilitation of scheduled physician appointments or needed weekly/monthly errands.

With prior notice, we shall provide the directives to the assigned caregiver and/or coordinate appropriate personnel to accompany our client to his/her chosen appointment.
