Q: How do I initiate care for my mother?

Q: Do I have to pay the care-giver directly?
A: No. All our care-givers are a W-2 employee and therefore we take care of all local and state taxes/deductions.

Q: If my father requires more hours, can the agency accommodate?
A: Absolutely. We understand the sensitivity to the changing needs of our aging client. A simple call to our Client Coordinator will address any requests as needed.

Q: What payment methods are acceptable?
A: We currently accept private pay/out-of-pocket, Long Term Care Insurance, Veteran Benefits and Alzheimer’s Respite Vouchers.

Q: What if I do not like the care-giver that has been assigned?
A: No problem. We make every effort to ensure our “match” critieria is met however, in the event that the match is not successful, we will make the necessary arrangements to make the change with the least amount of interruption during this process.
